Ground Graphics for Unit Movement

Thanks to Noel at http://www.dncompute.com/blog, I found a great little utility to draw arrows programmatically in flash. This was especially helpful in showing where units will move when you give them a move command. For the curious, here’s the actual article with source included: http://www.dncompute.com/blog/2008/07/17/graphicsutil-a-utility-class-for-drawing-arrows.html

And the demo…
Note, you can now click and drag to move a unit.

Nice work! The controls are becoming much more fluid and intuitive. Keep up the good work!

I totally agree with the above stranger, Mr. Joe. Can we have a blue arrow though? =) And a little blue handle at the tip of the arrow like the creatures have? It should highlight the bats and set them into “Aggro” state if the arrow is dropped on a bat.

I expect at least these items to be implemented for a release Monday morning, which does not mean noon if IT has to have it tested by Tuesday.

    Thank you for a post!

…PS, no title on this post =)
